Four steps.
The first one is free.
No step gets skipped to close faster, and nothing starts until the scope is written down and both sides have read it.
Start to steady state.
What each stage asks of you, and what you get back from it.
Briefing
We look at what is currently live — the site, the email flow, the posting cadence, the store — and come back with what is actually worth fixing first. Sometimes that answer is 'less than you think'. You get that answer whether or not you hire us.
- 15 minutes on a call
- Read-only access to whatever is live
- A read on the current setup
- A prioritized list of what to fix first
- An honest read on whether SCM is the right fit
Scope & Setup
You pick a channel service, a package or a set of one-off deliverables. The scope is written down before anything starts, so neither side is guessing about what is included. Then we take handoff of accounts, store admin and brand assets.
- Pick the scope
- Sign
- Hand off account access and brand assets
- A written scope with no ambiguity
- Monthly billing, cancel with notice
- Week-one measurement setup so everything after is trackable
Foundation Build
The audit findings get fixed. Tracking goes in. Schema goes on. The pages that have to convert get rebuilt. Putting ad budget behind a broken site is the single most common way marketing money disappears, so this comes first.
- Approvals on copy and design
- Any proof we can surface — reviews, results, logos
- Remediation of documented errors
- Measurement stack live
- Core pages rebuilt and schema deployed
Active Coverage
Content, email, local SEO, GEO and paid run on a cadence. Every month you get a report showing leads by source, what moved, what didn't, and the specific changes planned for the month ahead. Strategy sessions reset the priorities quarterly — monthly on Market Leader.
- Show up to the strategy session
- Tell us which leads turned into customers
- Campaigns running on schedule
- Monthly reporting in plain English
- A live dashboard on Momentum and above
One person, named.
SCM is run by Dakota Ealy, out of Troy, Michigan. The person who answers your first email is the person who audits the site, writes the emails and sends the report.
That is the whole pitch on this point. There is no account manager, no offshore production layer and no junior assigned to your account while somebody senior takes the call. It also means the honest limit: a small operation takes on a limited number of clients at a time, and if there is no room you get told that instead of being queued.
What we won't do.
- No guaranteed rankings. Nobody controls the algorithm. Anyone promising a position is telling you about their honesty, not their ability.
- No marked-up ad spend. Media is billed to you directly by the platform, so you see exactly what was spent.
- No long lock-ins. Billed monthly. Stop with notice.
- No bought followers or fake reviews. Ever, for any reason.
- No scope you didn't agree to. Out-of-scope work gets quoted at the published catalog price before it starts.
- No selling you something we can't do well. If a request is outside the wheelhouse, you'll be told that.
Step one takes fifteen minutes.
And you get the honest answer either way — including if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
